Administrative Lead in Jacksonville, FL
This was a good company to grow in. It also has it's cons which most jobs have all about how you adapt!! I can say I learn a lot in business and also about myself.
Inside Sales Representative in Miami, FL
Inside sales associates are constantly under massive pressure along with an unreasonable workload. Coastal construction products Miami branch does millions of dollars of sales per month. The invoicing, logistics, and customer service are the responsibility of 5-6 people. It was common to write 50-100 invoices in a day. I did about 400-500k in sales per month which included logistics and customer service. In 4 months, I would do roughly 2 million dollars in sales and the "quarterly bonus" was a whopping $900 bucks. Pitiful. They are very secretive about the bonus distribution structure and it's basically taboo to talk to coworkers about it because everyone receives a different dollar amount. I'm not sure what they pay now, but I was making around 18 an hour. The hourly rate is decent, but the constant exhaustion is not worth it. Hours are 7AM-5PM and it's every bit as exhausting as it sounds. Knowing waterproofing is a not a valuable skill and is not even fun to learn. Managements expects you to learn the applications for all 10,000 SKU's and if you accidentally give a client the wrong product, you are shamed for it. If you decide to leave the company, everything you've learned is completely worthless in the real world. Im not gonna get into the hierarchy and management because it doesn't matter enough. Point is, if you enjoy having a life, don't work here. I left Coastal in late 2019. Truth is, everyday when I wake up in the morning to get ready for work and hear the birds chirping outside, I thank God I don't work for Coastal Construction Products anymore.
Inside Sales Representative in Miami Gardens, FL
It was not a pleasant job. Handling many different clients regularly, wanting many different things, at different times and places. Not enough employees to handle workload.
Warehouse Worker in Pensacola, FL

Inside Sales Representative in Orlando, FL
This is one of the first companies that not only gives their employees excellent benefits upon being hired. But the CEO knows every single person who works here. They actually make you feel as though you matter and if you have a problem then their open door policy is actually an "open door" policy and you don't feel afraid to talk to your manager about issues that may arise.
